During the last week, we will move to a more remote region and its university, the Université du Québec à Rimouski, where we will be hosted by the Canada Research Chair in Regional Development and an associated network of regional development researchers. Rimouski is about 300 km NE of Québec City – in the picturesque Bas-Saint-Laurent region of the province.
