We have very limited funds for financial support so are preparing materials and protocol for applications. We expect that any applicant will have attempted to find funding from other sources, but failed to receive the full amount needed. If you are a member of one of the ICRPS partner institutions you should contact your local ICRPS representative with your request. If not, you can contact us directly via ICRPS2012@yahoo.ca.
Funding support will take the form of reduced registration fees. Support will only be considered where students have made considerable effort to find funding elsewhere and been unsuccessful or only partially successful. Additional criteria for evaluation are: the student’s qualifications, need, and potential contributions to ICRPS objectives.
There will be two ’rounds’ of funding allocation to recognize the challenges of timing that students face. Applications received before March 30th will be assessed and initial allocations will be made. Results from this first round will be provided by April 15th. Some funds will be kept in reserve for a second round for those applications that arrive before May 1st with results provided by May 24th.
